| Will I receive a sales receipt? |

| What does OEM mean? |
|
OEM software is a full version of the software which will include the installation disc(s), and product keycode/serial number. OEM software does not come in a retail box, doesn't include printed manuals, cannot be transferred (even if the original computer breaks), and is not eligible for free technical support from the manufacturer. Help files are normally included on the disc. OEM software can be upgraded to future versions of the software.

| What does Full Retail mean? |
|
Full Retail packaging may include a cardboard or plastic box, or a DVD case (similar to a DVD movie case). Printed manuals are generally included (but not always). This packaging is similar to, if not the same as one would find in a major electronics store. Tech support from the manufacturer is generally included in Full Retail products, which can vary from installation tech support to a limited number of tech support incidents. The extent of tech support depends on the manufacturer and the product.

| What does Retail DVD Case only mean? |
|
This is the Full Version software. DVD Case simply means that you will receive all contents of Retail Boxed software however without the Retail Box. This includes the installation discs, activation key and any printed material that may be available. As a result we are able to offer this at a discounted price. Please note that some software may not be eligible for tech support from the manufacturer.

| What is an Upgrade Version? |
|
An upgrade version of software means that you are a previous user of that exact program, or you are a previous user of a qualifying product that is identified from the manufacturer. In order to install this piece of software, you will need to have the previous version or qualifying product already installed on your system, otherwise the software package will not load.

| What does License only mean? |
|
License Packs do not include any installation discs. They are only designed for adding additional users/devices to an existing setup, or for use if you already have installation discs. They are commonly used in server environments to add additional users. Certain types of license packs do not include product keycodes, as they are designed to be used on the “honor system,” granting you a license to add additional users/devices to your system.

| What is an Electronic License? |

This is a digital format of a license and product key which will be sent by email to you once you have successfully processed your order online. Please allow 24 hours for processing of all electronic license orders.

| What does Retail Box mean? |
|
Retail Box software comes packaged in a cardboard or plastic box.

| What does Academic mean? |
|
Academic software comes with all the same functions and programs as its full priced, retail counterpart. Yet, no academic information is required to install the academic software. There is absolutely no difference between the programs installed on your computer by academic or the retail version. Generally academic requirements will have to be provided for purchase of academic software.
